Many of you will not recognize the picture above. Sure you will see a set of copper pot stills and a whiskey safe, but most would probably not be able to name the actual distillery.
These stills have produced dozens of award winning single malts. In fact, many Canadian Bests and indeed even a World’s Best! That’s a really big deal for Canada. That means the new make spirit competed against, and beat ALL of the global giants in whiskey making.
While that is a truly amazing accomplishment, its not the only reason to celebrate.
The toughest part of writing this profile is where to start and how to pick the most important thing. There are just too many to choose from.
I will be writing much more about the whiskey from here over the coming months, so i will stick with the distillery itself for now. Here is what this group is offering:
